On the evening of September 27, 2014 we lost Ben, Kristi, and three of their children in a tragic accident, in their home in Springville, Utah. They were discovered by their eldest son Janson (18). This tragedy is devastating and we are asking for your support, as the funeral costs will be overwhelming.
Benjamin Strack, 37
Ben loved his children and wife more than anything in this world. His smile would warm up any room and melt any heart. He loved playing guitar, acting silly, and cuddling his children. His heart was too big for this world and the love everyone felt when near him will not be forgotten.
Kristi Strack, 36
Charismatic, kind and loyal, Kristi loved her close friends and was always willing to listen. She had a personality that would draw you to near and make you feel instantly comfortable. When she spoke to you it felt like you were the only one that existed.
Benson Strack, 14
Benson loved to draw dragons, practice karate with his Dad, play with his siblings, and make youtube videos of anime. This kind loving child wanted to be friends with everyone. His goofy faces and friendliness will be missed by everyone.
Emery Strack, 12
Kittens, Kittens and more Kittens. This beautiful little girl loved animals and babies. She was fun and playful, and a soul as pure as hers is hard to find. She was compassionate toward all living things. The kindness shown from Emery will be missed.
Zion Strack, 11
Innocent, sweet and lovable, Zion enjoyed being hugged by loved ones. He brought everyone he came across happiness and joy. The light in this little boy's eyes went out far to soon. Describing him is equivalent to describing the sun, and describing how he will be missed is the same.
Funds raised will go to funeral costs and in a trust for their remaining child. Any support you can provide is appreciated and the support we have received so far is unbelievable.
Thank you, for all the well wishes, for your support, and for your prayers.
-The family of Ben and Kristi Strack

Concord police believe a 47-year-old transient pulled dead from a creek
in Newhall Park drowned after falling in.
A neighborhood resident pulled the man from the water at about 5 p.m.
yesterday. Police and paramedics arrived minutes later and rushed the
man to John Muir Medical Center, where a doctor pronounced him dead.
The resident told police he had seen the man in the creek earlier in the
day and told him to get out of the water, police said. The resident told
investigators the transient was alert but may have been drunk, said
police Lt. Keith Whitaker.
The resident said he returned about 5 p.m. to check on the transient and
found him lying in the water, Whitaker said.
Police withheld the man's identity but said he was a transient often
seen in the area.

Walnut Creek: Women unharmed in limousine fire in Rossmoor community

WALNUT CREEK -- A group of 10 women -- most of them in their mid-90s -- dolled up in hats and fancy dresses and prepared to head to Sonoma to celebrate a friend's 96th birthday Sunday morning, escaped injury when their idling limousine burst into flames, according to neighbors and authorities.
Contra Costa County Fire District crews were called about 11:35 a.m. Sunday to Skycrest Drive in the Rossmoor gated community for a vehicle fire. The fire burning the 2009 Lincoln town car was quickly put out, a dispatcher said.
According to neighbor Judy Becker, one of two caregivers on hand for the birthday excursion started smelling smoke.
"I was told she dashed to the doors, and with the other caregiver, started helping out those with walkers and canes, before the fire really erupted," Becker said.
Mary Chapman, one of those in Sunday's limo fire, told ABC 7 News it reminded many of those involved of the deadly May 4 limo fire on the San Mateo Bridge. That fire killed a new bride and four of her friends.
They were grateful the limo wasn't moving or on the freeway when it caught fire, Chapman said.
Walnut Creek police Lt. Lanny Edwards said the department is investigating the circumstances of Sunday's fire, particularly given the "history of what transpired" last month on the bridge. As of Sunday, nothing of a criminal nature had been discovered.

"We've notified CHP of what happened, and we're going to be following up on it," Edwards said.
The owner of the limo, who declined to be identified, told this newspaper Sunday that the fire appeared to have been caused by an electrical problem.
The women made it to the birthday party nonetheless, all traveling in their own cars or having someone drive them.

Walnut Creek CA ~ There is a hidden story in Walnut Creek of suspect accidents, fires and murders/murder suicides and suicides. The only way so many witnesses could end deceased leads to investigators who've deliberately left out victim statements from Gas Pipeline Explosions like in 2004 on EBMUD.

Another death near Los Lomas High School
By Pete Bennett CNET Scandal Date: May 21st, 2014
Walnut Creek -- On May 20th, a body was discovered in the creek that runs along side of Los Lomas High School and S. Main Street, this is coincidentally near the 2004 Lilac Drive accident involving the disabled students bus that for unknown reasons struck a column under the overpass.
This part of town has mayhem corners with persons dying at a unconscionable rate. Around the corner on Creekside Drive we have the Anthony Banta Jr. case, David Bremer my former roommate killed in the suicide cell beating himself to death, the Alicia Driscoll Murder Suicide or Perhaps the Driscoll Murders case where he stabbed himself very neatly in his bath tub and around the corner we've got a woman jumping from Nordstrom's, a former Nordstroms employee now a BART Officer killing his co-worker.
My 2013 roommate was mugged on Walker Ave near Sierra in Walnut Creek but in March 2014 my other David Bremer roommate was killed in jail.
No, No, No not again.

Victims Compensation? Good Luck - go back to Police Reports - can't get one, can't find records sorry too bad can't find that report. Why do you are you interested in a cold-case from 1980? Because it was next to my house and I think cops like you are behind it.

Arson Operation - Mission Bay, Walnut Creek, Chevron, and San Bruno
In 2004 I was an arson target, I narrowly escaped being burned alive, in 2001 someone torched my attorneys offices, in 2004 the Kinder Morgan Pipeline explosion in Walnut Creek Pipeline Explosion killed five, but Eiko Sugihara died in 2009, and a two homeless person in tents and in February someone lit a young man on fire at the Concord BART Station.
In 2008 Butte County's largest fire nearly consumed the entire town of Paradise CA which is known as the Humbolt Road Fire. I have linked persons with connections to Contra Costa County, San Bruno, San Francisco and Butte County but wouldn't be surprised to find connections to other fires.
