NorthCreek Church Marriage Policy and Parental Abduction via Friends God -

During July 2011 Officer Kevin Keeler took possession of William Bennett - never to be seen again by his father

One day the pastor showed up at Starbucks then a zealot appears with Bible facing Pete Bennett.  It was criminal stalking via Starbucks Stores.  Upper management likely unaware but Pete Bennett was in Starbucks as he had no place to live.

Although Bennett is aware of the location of his sons the Custodial Parental Abduction leads to the arrest of police officers, a district attorney and the removal of several judges from family law and Superior Court.

You have to know the story to understand why Bennett waited as in 2014 five were murdered in Utah are related to the Bennett family, their grade school friend was murdered in 2011 and their hometown was burned to the ground and their other playmate was murdered with the mom.

Pick a bucket filled with fear and dump it on yourself to see if you can sit in my shoes for a day.

Bennett has witnessed one of the longest running serial type killers stumping investigators with arson, missing persons and murder suicides.

NorthCreek Church  Marriage Policy

NorthCreek Church is located Walnut Creek, CA.
In keeping with our commitment to the veracity of the Scriptures and their application to all areas of faith and practice as previously stated in this Article, we affirm the following:
A. Marriage – We believe that marriage has been instituted and ordained by God, and that marriage is defined as the exclusive covenantal union of one man and one woman in which such union is a lifetime commitment. A civil government’s sanction of a union will be recognized as legitimate marriage by the church only to the extent that it is consistent with the definition of marriage found in these Articles.
B. Human Sexuality – We believe that legitimate sexual relations are exercised solely within marriage. Hence, sexual activities outside of marriage, including but not limited to, adultery, premarital sex, homosexuality, and pedophilia, are inconsistent with the teachings of the Bible and the church. Further, transgender behavior and the creation and/or distribution and/or viewing of pornography are incompatible with the biblical witness.
C. Family – We believe that the roles of husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, and children are clearly stated in the Scriptures, including the principles of discipline, instruction, and correction. When found to conflict with laws and/or social norms, we will follow the biblical principle.
D. Tolerance – We believe that love and respect are due, and to be offered, to all people, as we’re all created in the image of God. However, when the Scriptures speak against other philosophies, belief systems, and behaviors, we will be true to the Scriptures and will speak the truth, but will do so in love.

OBIT: Roland Haydell III

Roland Haydell III

Mr. Haydell vanished around December 2013. No one knows for sure where he is but the Walnut Creek Police are mum. Your best clue is what they (Police) won't say. There is question homeless local to Walnut Creek have been killed. There is no question many around east bay and greater bay area have died via a long list of miladies and fates.

This man has been hit seven times within a 1/4 square mile of Traders Joes in Walnut Creek - deeper in the tape he states he landed on the windshield.
Then two months after I interviewed him he was hit again - he's still alive - his July 11th accident and mine was July20th but wait there is more -

The Work of God and Sexual Identity

The Work of God: St. Paul's Commons, Walnut Creek discriminates based on sexual identity.

The Dubious Phone Call and Time Wasting Project
The local homeless shelter is a club designed by "others" deemed appropriate by the appropriate people. The new Federal Funder Trinity commons is off limits to the persons banished to the weather only be on the street exposed to the bullets flying.

A good example is the March 25th, 2019 shooting directly across the new Starbucks on 1601 Mt. Diablo Blvd, down the street from the 2016 suicide at Nordstroms but the street from the former Locust Street Starbucks to what's becoming known as The Locust Street Murders.

My story is about witness murders, private equity, mergers and acquisitions linked back to the Matter of Bennett v. Southern Pacific lost in 1989. It was a winnable case as long the witnesses testified.

Discrimination Examples

June 2012 Walnut Creek Officers and Trinity Center (Formerly Fresh Start)

During early summer 2012 I was invited to the new transition meeting after changes at Trinity Center then known as Fresh Start. I was escorted out without cause, denied access and told not to come back.  From the moment Donna Colombo took over the rampant discrimination began. it was about a year after I had last seen my sons plus the attempted murder in Lafayette CA.

Few are aware that Pete Bennett came forward in the murder case of San Francisco Officer Lester Garnier, even less know that the tactical campaign to destroy Bennett's business has roots connected to more than just Garnier.

There are several east churches that have decided to solve their perception of that God's word is the only word which explains why Target Employee Natalie Nezara 2013 suicide was selected right on the dime of the Target Data Breach.

The Free Pizza Kidnappers of Hillside Covenant Church

The Free Pizza Kidnappers

Most have an opinion about God's friends but my opinion is based on first hand observations, on camera interviews and police reports.

The kidnapping report filed in 2013 named specific persons from Hillside Covenant Church.  One person in particular connects to former Danville Council Member Mike Doyle, his son Terrance Doyle and his law now deceased law partner former Walnut Creek Officer Richard Grossman.

In 2012 I filed claims with Hillside but they were able to deflect my claim and did this best to attack me with vicious dogs, ban me from Trinity Center Walnut Creek and get me arrested.

The Nate Greenan Murder

Connecting the Contra Costa Bar Association to the Murder of Nate Greenan, another dead witness near Pete Bennett

Nate was a Danville native connected to the extended Mormon community.  The basic structure of Mormons in the East Bay is the mother ship Tabernacle Temple, Oakland Temple controlling various Stakes - leading the Danville Stake then down to Alamo 1st and 2nd.

He was at Vinnies during a late March open mic.  Pete Bennett remembers his drumming as very as phenomenal but later remembered Nate was the buyer of Mr. Bennett's play structure in 2004.

Then Bennett realized his sister Nancy Greenan-Hamil also a member at Alamo 1st.  Ms. Greenan was general general counsel at Old Republic Title (east bay) worked for Mr. Bennett's next door neighbor then Senior Management of ORTG.

Parallel to this was Mr. Bennett's life insurance policy of over $850,000 that breezed through Prudential Insurance with flying colors in 1998 the failed two years later when Bennett attempted to acquire another policy with Prudential Insurance.

It many years to conclude that the second medical rejection should have appeared during the first policy.

OBIT:Madeline Seeley

Madeline Seeley

Pete Bennett met Heather Seeley at Round Up Bar located in Lafayette California sometime in 2012 or later.  She was always in tears over her daughter but also clearly upset with the facts around her death.

She would ask for certain songs which made her feel better.  Pete sang for her many times.  One day she said her estranged husband was nearby. I was stunned to learn he was employed Pacific Services credit union owned by PG&E.

Not long after the Strack Family was murdered in Springville Utah in 2014 just after Bennett learns the true fate of his former friend and daughter.

Connecting the murder in the Matter of Bennett v. Southern Pacific to Fremont Group, Riley Bechtel, and Philip Anschutz using the Theranos Investigation Investors as follyy.

In 2010, Pete Bennett was on the run from a sordid group cast of characters.  Turns out in a way he was running from suspects in a murder case. While semi-homeless staying at the backpackers hostel on Derby his came upon an event at the Bohemian Club.

He goes up the block just outside the apparent

Today Mr. Bennett has a clear pattern of a whodunnit with connections back to the Kennedy Assassination.

James Mattis was one of many Washington insiders to serve on the board of Theranos, which the SEC charged with “massive fraud.”
Defense Secretary Jim Mattis was among the many high-profile political heavyweights with links to Theranos, the biotech charged with fraud by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.
Mattis became a board director for Theranos in 2013 and quit only after he was nominated to be defense secretary.
Before joining the board, Mattis tried to get the Defense Department to procure Theranos equipment to use in Afghanistan, The Wall Street Journal reported. The department ultimately decided against doing so, though the U.S. Army awarded a contract to Theranos in 2012.
Two former secretaries of state, George Schultz and Henry Kissinger, as well as former Defense Secretary William Perry and ex-Sens. Bill Frist and Sam Nunn also were on the star-studded board.
Tyler Schultz, the grandson of the ex-secretary of state, was one of the Theranos employees who raised questions about the company and alerted a state regulator, according to a Wall Street Journal profile.
None of those board members were named individually in the SEC suit, which charged the company, founder Elizabeth Holmes and former company president, Ramesh Balwani. The SEC suit said Holmes was the primary liaison with the board.
The SEC did say that Holmes convinced the board — as well as shareholders — in early 2014 to split Theranos stock and give super voting powers to Holmes.
One board member — the SEC didn’t say which one — found out from Holmes in June 2014 that she was contemplating terminating the company’s relationship with a grocery chain that media reporting has shown to be Safeway. But Holmes continued to talk about the grocery relationship in meetings with investors after that.
The presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton had planned to hold a fundraiser at Theranos before moving it after media attention. Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes participated in health-care summits sponsored by the Clinton Foundation.
Rupert Murdoch, the executive chairman of News Corp, invested $100 million in Theranos in a funding round that lasted between 2014 and 2015, according to a Wall Street Journal article. News Corp is the parent company of MarketWatch.
