Pompeo warns governors of Chinese infiltration into US: 'It's happening in your state'

China's Communist Party has infiltrated various levels of America's infrastructure and is working to destroy the values of the United States, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said during a speech Saturday, while also warning state governors to be wary of China's infiltration.

“We can’t ignore China’s actions and strategic intentions," he said while addressing the National Governors Association winter meeting. "The Chinese government has been methodical in the way it's analyzed our system... it's assessed our vulnerabilities and it's decided to exploit our freedoms, to gain an advantage over us at the federal level, the state level and the local level."

“Competition with China is happening. It’s happening in your state," Pompeo added. "In fact, I'd be surprised if most of you in the audience had not been lobbied by the Chinese Communist Party directly."

He said groups loyal to communist China are operating out in the open in Virginia, Minnesota, Florida and dozens of other states all around the country. Other Chinese groups, however, practice their nefarious actions in the shadows in an attempt to exercise influence over U.S. citizens and lawmakers.

Pompeo cited a letter from a diplomat at the Chinese Consul in New York to the speaker of an unnamed state legislature, advising that U.S. officials refrain from independent interaction with Taiwan.

“You add a diplomat from China, assigned here to the United States, a representative of the Chinese Communist Party, in New York City, sending a letter urging that an American elected official shouldn’t exercise his right to freedom of speech," he explained.

The secretary said this isn't an uncommon event and that Chinese officials based in the U.S. are actively seeking to sow seeds of chaos at the state and local level -- specifically in the realm of education on college campuses and K-12 classrooms.

“Maybe some of you have heard about the time when the Chinese consulate paid the UC San Diego students to protest the Dalai Lama," he continued. “It shows depth. It shows systemization. It shows intent.”

He added: “Chinese Communist party officials, too, are cultivating relationships with county school boards and local politicians -- Often through what are known as 'Sister City Programs' ... This competition is well underway."

Pompeo also spoke about China's campaign to recruit U.S. scientists and academics to share vital secrets, in exchange for monetary gain through their "Thousand Talents Plan," a campaign that has already targeted scientists and professors on campuses such as Virginia Tech and Harvard and triggered investigations by the Department of Justice (DOJ).

He also explained how Beijing pressures Chinese students in the U.S. to keep an eye on their fellow countrymen and report back to the government about their activities.

"China’s propaganda starts even earlier than college. China has targeted K-12 schools around the world," he said. "Do you know that we have no ability to establish similar programs in China? We should have reciprocity in all things. Today they have free reign in our system and we're completely shut out from theirs... Beijing knows that today’s kids are tomorrow’s leaders."

Pompeo then warned state governors about doing business with China and said it is common to indirectly finance communism without realizing it. He then extended the hand of the federal government and said the Trump administration is standing by, ready to help states with this growing problem.

“I want to urge vigilance on the local level too," he said. "It’s worth trusting but verifying. There are federal officials prepared to help you work your way through these challenges when they arise. Don’t make separate individual deals that undermine our national policy. I know none of you would do so intentionally. Let us help you."

“I hope you will all take on board what I've said today," Pompeo added. "Don’t lose sight of the competition from China that's already present in your state. Let's all rise to the occasion and protect our security, our economy, indeed all that we hold dear."

Mr. Webb published a great story regarding the drugs coming in Los Angeles during the 1985. That was the dawn of crack designed to destroy neighborhoods, keep values down and kill as many as possible while those behind the Real Estate Investment Trust industry slowly use a series of corporate shields to "acquire" the land.

C.I.A. Director Goss Resigns

The is the same CIA agent known to me since 1974 that works with General Petraous during Iraqi Freedom.

One person to note is Commander George Driscoll (Walnut Creek, LLHS) of the Contra Costa DA's offices was located in Iraq in control of the CIA detention centers located throughout the region.  One highly dubious connection is Spc James Coon (Walnut Creek, LLHS) was killed during August 2007 in Balad, Iraq.

C.I.A. Director Goss Resigns

WASHINGTON, May 5 — Porter J. Goss abruptly resigned today as director of the Central Intelligence Agency, a post that had been diminished in the restructuring of the intelligence bureaucracy after the Sept. 11 attacks.
With Mr. Goss sitting next to him in the Oval Office, President Bush said the director had offered his resignation this morning. "I've accepted it," Mr. Bush said, praising the retiring director for his "candid advice" and his integrity.
The president said Mr. Goss had led the C.I.A. "ably" through a period of transition, and that he had "helped make this country a safer place." Mr. Bush did not mention a successor, but The Associated Press reported that a senior administration official said one could be chosen as soon as Monday.
Mr. Goss said it had been "a very distinct honor and privilege" to lead the C.I.A. "I would like to report to you that the agency is back on a very even keel and sailing well," Mr. Goss said. He did not explain his decision, and both he and Mr. Bush ignored questions after making their statements.
But it was no secret in Washington that Mr. Goss and John D. Negroponte, the director of national intelligence whose position came into existence as the result of the Sept. 11 attacks, had engaged in turf battles. Mr. Negroponte was at the Oval Office announcement, but said nothing.
Mr. Goss's time with the C.I.A. was marked by the departure of many long-time agency officials, some of whom complained that he had been overly political in his approach to his job. Mr. Goss sometimes appeared uncomfortable in the office, as when he remarked in early 2005 that the workload was heavy and he sometimes felt pulled in different directions.

Mr. Goss's departure comes as the president and his top aides are trying to reinvigorate an administration whose public support has sagged in recent public opinion surveys. The new White House chief of staff, Joshua Bolten, has already announced some changes and has said that more are on the way. And he pointedly invited people who were thinking of leaving the administration by the end of the year to step down a lot sooner.
Mr. Goss, a former Republican Congressman from Florida who headed the House Intelligence Committee and was once a C.I.A. officer, became director in September 2004, succeeding George J. Tenet. His tenure was, as Mr. Bush said, a time of transition _ and undeniably a painful one.
The C.I.A., whose prestige had suffered from intelligence failures on terrorism and Iraq before Mr. Goss arrived, was further reduced in power and official stature by the reorganization of intelligence-gathering that followed the post-mortems over the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001.
The independent bipartisan commission that investigated the 9/11 attacks recommended the creation of a new post, national intelligence director, that would have supreme power over the C.I.A., the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other agencies in the far-flung intelligence bureaucracy.
Congress accepted that recommendation, creating the new post, which is now filled by Mr. Negroponte, former ambassador to the United Nations and Iraq. He displaced the C.I.A. director as the president's principal intelligence adviser and took what had been Mr. Goss's seat at meetings of the president's key national security aides.
When he took over the C.I.A. in September 2004, Mr. Goss vowed to work hard at "breaking some molds" and getting "more and more of our officers out of Washington." The C.I.A. and the F.B.I. were both criticized by the 9/11 commission.
Mr. Bush said today that Mr. Goss had "instilled a sense of professionalism" at the C.I.A. "He honors the proud history of the C.I.A., an organization that is known for secrecy and accountability," Mr. Bush said.
But Senator Pat Roberts, the Kansas Republican who heads the Senate Intelligence Committee, issued a somewhat tepid statement. The senator praised Mr. Goss for his service and acknowledged that he had taken over at a difficult time. "Porter made some significant improvements at the C.I.A.," Mr. Roberts said, "but I think even he would say they still have some way to go."

Oracle's founder and longtime CEO

Oracle's founder and longtime CEO is infamous for his lavish lifestyle and business acumen. Here are 30 surprising facts you may not know about Larry Ellison:
  1. Ellison is currently the 5th richest person on the planet, with a net worth of $54.3 billion (at time of writing).
  2. Born to an unwed mother in New York City, he contracted pneumonia at just nine months of age and was given to his great-aunt and uncle for adoption. He wouldn't see his biological mother again for almost five decades.
  3. Unlike Bill Gates, Larry Ellison was not exposed to computers in his childhood and didn't have that inherent advantage early in life. He was first introduced to computer design during his second attempt at university.
  4. Ellison studied at both the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Chicago, but dropped out of school for good to move to California in 1966. He'd spent a summer there between his two stints in university, after the death of his adoptive mother.
  5. Prior to the loss of his mother, Ellison had been named science student of the year at University of Illinois.
  6. The first company Ellison co-founded launched in 1977. It was called Software Development Laboratories and his investment was $1200. He and his partners won a two-year contract to build a database for the CIA; they called the project "Oracle." Their company would become Relational Software Inc. in 1979, and change names one more time, in 1982, to become Oracle Systems Corporation.
  7. Ellison almost lost everything when Oracle nearly went bankrupt in the early 1990s.
  8. An adventurer and adrenaline junkie at heart, Ellison suffered numerous injuries as a result of his participation in extreme sports, including mountain biking and body surfing.
  9. He was inducted into the Academy of Achievement (the museum of living history in Washington) in 1997.
  10. The Lawrence J. Ellison Ambulatory Care Centre opened in 1998 and is so named after he donated $5 million to seed the Lawrence J. Ellison Musculo-Skeletal Research Centre. Ellison has shattered his elbow in a high-speed cycling crash and felt inspired to kick off his philanthropic efforts in a huge way.
  11. Ellison sued the City of San Jose in 2000 after he was cited for violating rules around night takeoffs and landings at the San Jose Mineta International Airport. He won.
  12. As of 2002, Ellison had access to $1 billion in credit. When a judge unsealed court records in 2006 from a shareholder lawsuit, it was revealed that Ellison's accountant had chastised him for repeatedly pushing his credit limit to the max with extravagant purchases including mansions, yachts, and luxury cars.
  13. A 2003 book authored by investigative journalist Mike Wilson gets right to the heart of Ellison's legendary reputation. It's titled, The Difference Between God and Larry Ellison*: God Doesn't Think He's Larry Ellison.
  14. Ellison was responsible for the priciest real estate deal in US history when he purchased five lots on Malibu's Carbon Beach in 2004 for $65 million. He held the title only briefly; Ron Perlman unloaded his Florida estate for $70 million a few months later.
  15. Between 2004 and 2007, Ellison led Oracle through an acquisition-based growth that strategy that saw the company drop $25 billion on other software brands, large and small.
  16. By 2006, Forbes had declared him the richest Californian.
  17. That same year, Ellison made waves by reneging on his pledge to donate $115 million to Harvard University after the departure of the President of the school.
  18. From 2007 to 2009, Ellison raked in over $50 million per year (sometimes well over). In August 2009, his base salary was reduced from $1 million to one dollar.
  19. Ellison owned one of the largest yachts on the planet until 2010, when he sold his rights to the Rising Sun to David Geffen.
  20. He's a licensed pilot and owns two military jets.
  21. Ellison has been married and divorced four times. His second wife married him prior to the founding of Oracle and when they divorced shortly after, signed off on any rights to the company for $500.
  22. When Ellison married his fourth wife, romance novelist Melanie Craft, his good friend Steve Jobs served as wedding photographer.
  23. Ellison had a cameo (alongside fellow tech guru Elon Musk) in the 2010 movie Iron Man 2.
  24. In 2011, Ellison hired a "tree lawyer" (yes, those actually exist) and took his neighbors to court for blocking his views with three redwoods and an acacia tree. They eventually settled.
  25. He's one of the 128 (or so) billionaires to sign The Giving Pledge, committing at least half of his fortune to philanthropic causes.
  26. Ellison has long been passionate about yachting and in 2013, his Oracle Team USA defeated the Emirates Team New Zealand to win the America's Cup.
  27. He owns 98% of the Hawaiian island of Lanai.
  28. Ellison stepped down as CEO of Oracle in 2014, entrusting the company he built from the ground up to two trusted colleagues. He now serves as Executive Chairman and CTO.
  29. He's tried and failed to buy two NBA teams, the New Orleans Hornets and Golden Gate Warriors. Though he doesn't own a team, he still has Oracle Stadium.
  30. Ellison reportedly owns hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate around the world, including a Rhode Island estate and historic gardens in Kyoto.x

FBI Agent Frank Doyle Jr. - The FBI Bomb School Bombed Judi Bari

Frank Doyle Jr. and the FBI Bomb School

In 1988, IRS Agent Shannon Hodges car explodes in Walnut Creek near Citrus Circle are, not far from Safeway Offices on Oak Road / Ygnacio Valley Road.

In March 1988, the FBI arrived at 546 Bliss Ave, Pittsburg CA, his name FBI Agent Frank Doyle Jr., his message was to sell my my million dollar operation before I was killed.

Little did I realize his connections to the bombing case with Judi Bari, that leads to the attempt on the life of an IRS Agent, and the murder of Police Officer Lester Garnier and Safeway Manager Cynthia Kempf.

Perfectly Framed

On my other posts about FBI Agent Frank Doyle Jr. my goal has been to introduce his name to the CNET Scandal, Bomb Squads and show is direct connection to
Southern Pacific, my cabinet shop and moving lumber from the North Coast to the Bay Area.

The biggest clue came from the old Interstate Commerce Commission where they forced SP to keep open several rail lines from Eureka to the Bay Area but with Bennett v. Southern
Pacific my story introduces a murder case in Concord CA.

Watch the movie but I will be posting a modified version with my story merged into this story but I am adding in the 1988 bombing of an IRS Agent and introduce on why Chief Alex
Fagan was murdered to cover-up his knowledge of events.  It was his girlfriend car that exploded in Walnut Creek just happened to work with parties very
close my family.
