The Accenture Connection to Defense Logistics Agency - One data breach too many

Dear Accenture Media,

A few months ago I reached out to Accenture about events around me.  Accenture Asset Protection contacted, we spoke and they're looking into it.

Like everyone they've gone "dark" but my reason for making contact on my posting.  There is a long story unfolding filled with FBI, DOD, NSA, and CIA but at the top of the list is NYPD.

The events around me have become quite personal.  Someone murdered my family, girlfriend, her daughter, my roommate, my friends are turning up dead around the country, and my elected officials will not assist in anyway.  I live in Walnut Creek CA, I sleep outside, I've lost everything I own, my assets have been stolen with help of Rouge Police Officers now in Federal Prison.

One core event is about my F-250 exploding into a fireball not unlike the PG&E Explosion on Sept. 9th, 2010, or the FedEx / School Bus in Orland where ten students were killed in April 2014 but the reality of events there are many more.

The long drawn out process where your powerful agenda leads to the murders of my relatives in connection to EB-5 Visa, H-1b, L-1 and outsourcing.

Emmon Bodfish - The Druid Murders of Orinda and the Land Grab

Borrowed from another blogger - links lead here
zagria.blogspot.com
18 August 2013

Emmon Bodfish (1943 – 1999) druid, plumber, investment advisorOriginally from Ohio, Emmon Bodfish was active in the Reformed Druids of North America. He produced the Druid Missal-Any Magazine 1983-1991, some of which was reprinted in A Reformed Druid Anthology, 2nd Edition, Volume 3: The Magazine Volume. At this time he corresponded with trans woman Tadhg MacCrossan, in the period before she wrote The Sacred Cauldron. His wisdom is still quoted on Druid sites.

As his prior identity, Margaret, Bodfish ran a pool maintenance and plumbing business, The Blue Lagoon. Later he worked as an investment advisor. He owned a simple home in the affluent Orinda area outside San Francisco. He also owned a town-house in Marin County. In the late nineties he was apparently isolated and depressed, and occasionally reverted to being a woman.

In June 1999 Emmon was found bludgeoned to death. The next day his son Max Wills was found, an apparent suicide in a Santa Monica hotel room. Max was known to have suffered from long term depression but was reluctant to kill himself while his mother was alive.

Later the police discovered a floor safe containing $60,000 in gold and coins. A drill had been found at the same spot but there was no sign that it was used to pry out the safe. In addition a police investigator apparently contracted Q fever in the Bodfish home.
  •
_____________________________________________________________________________
The murder remains unsolved.  Different possibilities have been suggested including transphobia, family involvement, a fustrated robbery and even, based on an entry in his diary, that Emmon contracted his own death.

The Druid sites do not mention the murder.

Incumbent Dan Helix has huge fundraising lead in Concord City Council race

By David DeBolt Contra Costa Times
Posted:   10/09/2012 01:09:12 PM PDT0 Comments Updated:   3 years ago
CONCORD -- The lone incumbent in a crowded Concord City Council race has a huge campaign fundraising lead, with backing from the family who operates the city's trash disposal and contributions from business owners, unions and a prominent developer.
Dan Helix has raised $72,599 since Aug. 1, putting him more than $50,000 ahead of the second place fundraiser in the race of 11 candidates vying for two seats on Nov. 6.
The fundraising totals were released Friday and are from a reporting period beginning July 1 and ending Sept. 30.
"It's from having friends of many years. I'm just overwhelmed and humbled by the amount I've been able to raise," said Helix, who was first on the council in 1968 and returned in 2010, when he was appointed to fill a vacancy.
Most prominent on the list of donors is the Garaventa family and their employees, who operate Concord Disposal Service, the company that has historically provided garbage services for Concord and currently has a long-term franchise agreement with the city.
They have donated $7,600 to Helix. Local developers Tom Seeno and Albert Seeno Jr. each contributed $1,000 to Helix, according to finance reports.
Most of Helix's big donations came from two fundraising events that were $1,000 and $500 to attend respectively, he said.
The retired Army general said he has been friends with the Garaventas for 50 years and has voted against Seeno proposals, including in April 2011 when the council voted 3-2 to deny a Seeno family company's request to extend the deadline to build the second office tower of the Metroplex development on Willow Pass Road and receive financial help from the city.
"I'm not for sale. Your support indicates you believe I could do a good job, but you're not buying me," he said of his donors. "I think the record is clear."
Housewives, restaurant owners, auto body shop owners, insurance agents and commercial real estate brokers are also among Helix's donors. Any leftover campaign money will be donated to local food banks, homeless outreach groups and organizations along the Monument Corridor, Helix said.
Planning Commissioner Tim McGallian was second in fundraising, raising $15,055 this reporting period for a total of $20,505. His donors included the Garaventas, who contributed $4,000; former Councilman Guy Bjerke, who chipped in $250; and Contra Costa District Attorney Mark Peterson, who donated $100.
The Concord Police Officer Association, which has endorsed Helix and McGallian, gave each candidate $1,500.
To date, Carol Longshore has raised $7,050, Ed Birsan $6,353, Terry Kremin $775, Alany Helmantoler $300 and Harmesh Kumar $100. Suzanne Davis-Lucey reported no contributions. The City Clerk's office did not receive financial reports from Robert David Camacho and Marnie Sheehan-Carter.
Birsan and Kumar are running largely self-financed campaigns, having loaned themselves to date $68,941 and $38,353, respectively. A portion of the loans are a carry-over from previous campaigns, Birsan and Kumar each said.

Sheriff details investigation of Marshall murder-suicide

Sheriff details investigation of Marshall murder-suicide

By Sean Janssen, The Union Democrat March 29, 2013 02:44 pm

Philip Marshall acted alone in killing his two teenage children, a pet Shih Tzu and himself after a history of mental illness and a messy split with the children’s mother, according to a six-page report released Friday afternoon by the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office.

The report details the investigation that took place after the bodies of all three family members were discovered Feb. 2 at the Marshall’s Forest Meadows home.

The Sheriff’s Office investigation concluded Marshall shot his son Alex, 17, and daughter Macaila, 14, as they slept on the living room couch before turning tahe 9mm Glock semiautomatic handgun he purchased in 2011 in Turlock on himself.

Toxicology test results showed both children had moderate levels of alcohol in their system at the time of their deaths, with Macaila registering a .05 blood-alcohol content and Alex a .03. In addition, Macaila had apparently taken diphenhydrameine, an over-the-counter antihistamine and sleep aid, commonly sold as Benadryl.

Philip Marshall’s toxicology screen showed painkillers hydrocodone and morphine in his blood as well as hydroxybupropion, an antidepressant.

Investigators looked at Marshall’s medical records and determined he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

A lengthy history of run-ins with wife Sean Plummer, the children’s mother, is documented dating back to 2008, when she began divorce proceedings, only to later withdraw the petition and reinstate it in October 2012.

On Nov. 11, 2008, Plummer’s sister, Erin Chamberlain, then a Murphys resident, told police Marshall threatened Plummer she “will not see December.” Eleven days later, Chamberlain said she felt threatened “for the safety of her children” as Marshall repeatedly drove past her home. Phone messages Marshall left at Chamberlain’s home in December included statements that "if you don’t call me, mom is going to have problems, we don’t want this,” “Sean, you are going to get what's coming to you" and "Macaila, this is daddy. We are going to have lunch. We need to talk right now. If not, something is going to happen.” On Dec. 7, the report states Marshall violated an emergency protection order.

On Jan. 27, 2013, the report stated Marshall purchased a distinctive type of Fiocchi 9mm ammo from Big 5 Sporting Goods in Sonora, confirmed by a review of surveillance video at the store. The ammunition company later donated some of the same ammunition for a ballistics test at Marshall’s home investigators used to conclude it was possible for the shots to be fired without neighbors hearing them.

"During the multiple tests the detectives found that it took an average of a total of two seconds to shoot each victim, demonstrating that it was possible to shoot both children prior to one of them waking up,” the report stated. The home had been unlocked with no signs of forced entry when investigators arrived and valuables remained in plain sight, according to the report. A safe was left open with a handwritten note on a medical marijuana recommendation card that read “Hi Sean!”

“There was no evidence to support a theory that anyone else could have committed this crime, or that any other persons were present at the time of the shootings. Macaila and Alex Marshall both appeared to be sleeping at the time they were shot, indicating no signs of a struggle with a possible intruder. There was no evidence of a struggle with Phillip Marshall, and no signs of forced entry into the home,” the report concluded. “Various items of value were still present inside the home, and no evidence of any additional weapons was found.

Lastly, there was no evidence that Phillip Marshall or his children were moved or repositioned after the shooting, which would indicate an altered crime scene. Based on the final findings of the investigators, evidence shows that Philip Marshall, and not an outside fourth person, shot and killed Macaila, Alex, the family dog, and then himself. To conclude, it is determined that this case was a double murder-suicide."

A detailed report on the investigation’s conclusions will appear in Monday’s edition of The Union Democrat.
