PALS lumber takeover with Texas Financier Hurwitz

often intermixed with PALS lumber takeover with Texas Financier Hurwitz who basically stole for the retirement funds during a corporate raid.  You can also connect Hurwitz to Bush, Richard Morgan, Enron, Southern Pacific, Santa Fe Southern Pacific into Enron, into Kinder Morgan Lines to the 2004 explosion, to the murders of Alicia and Jineva, to Bennett v. Southern Pacific to Dan Helix whose magical acquisition of the SP Assets around 1986 just happen to lead to Alamo Mormons Micheal Peterson,  Chris Ivory, Candace Anderson, Attorney Mike Cordon whose son Chad was allegedly seriously injured during the Lilac Drive bus accident.

I asked Chad at a Mormon service after the accident.  I said Chad do you hurt, is it still painful - He said no Pete, they said I had to stay in the hospital.   That other Mormon attorney is Rick Kopf friends CEO David O'reilly who knows Chevron Executive Steve Reyda former executive at Pacific Bell Yellow Pages.

When I had my cabinet shop known as Mainframe Designs Cabinets and Fixture, two companies were able to register similar names Mainframe Picture Framing in Concord, then Mainframe Computers - the address points to 2010 Crow Canyon Pl Suite 100, San Ramon, CA 94583.

That is where Foxboro Controls was located from mid 90s, to mid 2000s, they sold out to invensys, then to Schneider Electric, where Jim Noel was senior sales engineer, his wife Pat from Alamo 2nd, committed suicide, he remarries to a woman from TurboCourt which is same place that lost my paperwork.  When that happened my Van was repossessed because I could not restore my license because Child Support kept losing paperwork allowing to get my license back.   The bank refused to reinstate for lack of license taken by Judge Golub who we both know heard cases with Wielsch, Butler, Tanabe, Lombardi, Thompson, Welch, Rangel, Baca (dated my ex at Nordy 1990s), Keeler, Rabinowitz, Alfleque, Jay Hill, and many others.

You can add in the man with a gun in Clone Zone and the officers that towed my Explorer connected to Lawrence Volvo or the mechanics at Ford who fix your vehicles who could figured out how my truck exploded in 2004.

Incumbent Dan Helix has huge fundraising lead in Concord City Council race

By David DeBolt Contra Costa Times
Posted:   10/09/2012 01:09:12 PM PDT0 Comments Updated:   3 years ago
CONCORD -- The lone incumbent in a crowded Concord City Council race has a huge campaign fundraising lead, with backing from the family who operates the city's trash disposal and contributions from business owners, unions and a prominent developer.
Dan Helix has raised $72,599 since Aug. 1, putting him more than $50,000 ahead of the second place fundraiser in the race of 11 candidates vying for two seats on Nov. 6.
The fundraising totals were released Friday and are from a reporting period beginning July 1 and ending Sept. 30.
"It's from having friends of many years. I'm just overwhelmed and humbled by the amount I've been able to raise," said Helix, who was first on the council in 1968 and returned in 2010, when he was appointed to fill a vacancy.
Most prominent on the list of donors is the Garaventa family and their employees, who operate Concord Disposal Service, the company that has historically provided garbage services for Concord and currently has a long-term franchise agreement with the city.
They have donated $7,600 to Helix. Local developers Tom Seeno and Albert Seeno Jr. each contributed $1,000 to Helix, according to finance reports.
Most of Helix's big donations came from two fundraising events that were $1,000 and $500 to attend respectively, he said.
The retired Army general said he has been friends with the Garaventas for 50 years and has voted against Seeno proposals, including in April 2011 when the council voted 3-2 to deny a Seeno family company's request to extend the deadline to build the second office tower of the Metroplex development on Willow Pass Road and receive financial help from the city.
"I'm not for sale. Your support indicates you believe I could do a good job, but you're not buying me," he said of his donors. "I think the record is clear."
Housewives, restaurant owners, auto body shop owners, insurance agents and commercial real estate brokers are also among Helix's donors. Any leftover campaign money will be donated to local food banks, homeless outreach groups and organizations along the Monument Corridor, Helix said.
Planning Commissioner Tim McGallian was second in fundraising, raising $15,055 this reporting period for a total of $20,505. His donors included the Garaventas, who contributed $4,000; former Councilman Guy Bjerke, who chipped in $250; and Contra Costa District Attorney Mark Peterson, who donated $100.
The Concord Police Officer Association, which has endorsed Helix and McGallian, gave each candidate $1,500.
To date, Carol Longshore has raised $7,050, Ed Birsan $6,353, Terry Kremin $775, Alany Helmantoler $300 and Harmesh Kumar $100. Suzanne Davis-Lucey reported no contributions. The City Clerk's office did not receive financial reports from Robert David Camacho and Marnie Sheehan-Carter.
Birsan and Kumar are running largely self-financed campaigns, having loaned themselves to date $68,941 and $38,353, respectively. A portion of the loans are a carry-over from previous campaigns, Birsan and Kumar each said.

There is no question that, like some of our heroes who were taken from us too early, Adam has left his mark. Go to www.softballcenter/adam-elliot/ to share with friends and family. Adam is survived by his loving mother Mary Lou Elliot, father David Elliot Orlinsky, brother Michael Orlinsky, half sister Liat Orlinsky, grandparents Dan and Mary Lou Helix and Rina Orlinsky, fiancé Catia Saraiva, godparents Ken and Diane Caillat, Uncles Ethan Orlinsky and Dan Helix, cousins Dustin Mozian, Zachary, Candace and Spencer Helix. Sacramento, CA 95814

Dear Secretary Bowen,

On August 7th 2014 I completed forms with the Walnut Creek City Clerk Suzie Martinez for City Council.  Everything was done properly.

On Monday I returned to get for nomination signatures and was told I could only submit 30 signatures.  The answer was in-congruent with prior information as I'd planned to collect 100 to be safe.

I believe part of this was a honest mistake that could have been overcome but when attempting to clear up other matters with Planning and Police Department eventually was escorted from the building and told not able to return for the rest of the day.

Members of the City Council, Staff and WCPD have attempted arrest, threats of arrests, false allegations of assault and have been this resident from accessing city records, called police when attempting to speak at public hearings, falsely informed officers that meeting was closed, attempted to arrest Bennett for disturbing meeting that had not started.

The CHP Threat Assessment has been investigating incidents since July 2011 accident that was attempted murder, are well aware of incidents in Walnut Creek, mugging of clients, roommates and long list of deaths since first meeting in 2011.  State Senator Mark DeSaulnier sent TAU to Bennett after Bennett faced off with officers with guns with clear threat of Bennett's safety.

On Monday a WCPD officer admitted to knowing about my 2004 arson case and that it was arson all along.  They've been co-conspirators all along or failed in their duties and WC city council failed to protect this resident

Phone is off email only until resolved
