THis long story is about databreaches, witness murders, private equity plays, mergers and acquisitions linked back to the Matter of Bennett v. Even though Bennett endured millions in losses in the form of new business, future business and real estate development plans all came to fruition as the shop was closing in on a million-dollar year in 1987.
