His mistake was stealing over $40,000 for his personal use and not realizing he was supposed give the money to the bank. The story later become car dealer kills finance and then self after his days of freedom were coming to a close. Then how do you explain several bullets left in the wall? Or that a Contra Costa Deputy bought the house around 24 months later or that the nice price of half off?

Around 2008 I was about to retain Wiesinger to take over my case.  That would be remove Attorney Dax Craven and replace him with Merritt Wiesinger.  The day of the first meeting was on Monday morning.  Before I left the house his office called - their client was murdered over the weekend so they had to cancel the meeting but asked to reschedule the meeting.
